Breakfast was awesome! The room was clean and tidy. The daily cleaning services could have been improved (perhaps by wiping the table in the room).

Location was great, 3 min walk from train (T1 line) and shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was amazing, Yousaf was helpful and allow us early check-in at midday. Mehmet was great took our stuff to the room and also spoken with taxi driver to get our mobile phone back (we forgot the mobile in the cab). Azim and Koan were brilliant, arranged the airport transfer for us on our departure. Room was nice too with good control of air conditioning, nice and clean toilets.

The hotel was very pleasant to stay at,the room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Amin at the reception
