Every think comfortable wide Mr. Orhan the owner was very good cooprative helpfull descent person and also other are help full the apartment fully Equipped with every think even look you are in home also there is cafe free of charge tea coffe in the garden.parking availble ,going and out of hotel easly alot of markets

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living room was cozy and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the bedroom was quiet with a very comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep after long days exploring Istanbul. The location was also fantastic — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet still very peaceful and quiet. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We especially appreciated the kind and responsive host, who made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions quickly.

We had a wonderful stay Staff are very helpful and the cleaning ladies come every day. Fresh towels and linen when needed, the cleaning ladies are an asset to the apartment complex making your stay very comfortable Apartment was spacious, kitchen could have done with a little more equipment for serving food.

This was our second stay at Princess Residence in Kartal, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. We especially loved the cozy cafeteria where you can enjoy free, fresh coffee and tea at any time. Traveling as a family, we found all the commodities we needed to feel at home. It’s a perfect spot for both short and extended stays. Highly recommended!
