Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for the cruise port. We treated ourselves to a massage which was excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel.

The location is amazing and which is the only reason why I had booked again with this hotel since I last stayed here 3 years back. The hotel reception staff ,Mr. Aras was extremely helpful & also Mr. Sadiq who helped us with booking the spa facility at the hotel. Suite room booked was spacious. Breakfast was good. WIFI was good.
