The proximity to the key areas of Istanbul, the facilities of the hotel, the veranda on the top of the hotel (enjoying the sceneries and calm evenings on the roof), and, of course, the exceptional expertice and friendliness of the receptionist, Azat.

Azat is the star of this hotel. He's very nice, helpful, and provide good recommendations. The beds are comfortable, clean rooms, and good central location.

The hotel is in a good location - it's in a small and quiet street, away from the busy areas but close to the main attractions like Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.. The receptionist (don't know his name unfortunately) was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The room has a conditioner and a fridge, which is great for the hot days.
