A magnificent hotel. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are spotless. They clean the hotel meticulously every day. The staff is friendly and attentive. We especially thank Mutlu for his attentiveness and help. This is one of the best places to stay. Its proximity to the metro and other bars and restaurants in the area is a special bonus. We loved it.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a lovely stay here - everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed my daily coffee chats with Mutlu at the front desk. :) There is a tram stop just steps away and lots of restaurants in the area. As a solo female traveler, I felt really safe in the neighbourhood and at the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Istanbul. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant stay, the staff were courteous, especially the receptionist Molto Biam, full value for money, the hotel is close to the metro station, to Galata Port, everything is a two-minute walk away, I highly recommend this hotel

Good location, very nice staff! Good value for money, but not luxurious. Good & cheap Turkish coffee.
