The reception team were very friendly and provided a great service when needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to Taksim Square and the metro.

The hotel is in a great location, a lot can be accessed by just walking (shopping, restaurant, attraction and public transportation). We had walking access to airport buss stop (Havaist) which is super handy. The staff are very attentive and helpful, always welcoming. The air conditioning was great which is a must in summer in Istanbul. The breakfast was not extensive but not bad either. The hotel is a bit old but partially renovated so the room had good price/quality ratio.
