We were warmly greeted by Mr. Tufan at the reception desk, who went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction with the service. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional, and kind. This hotel is definitely highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel , Every staff member was attentive and professional Location is great with all the galata shops and restaurants around the hotel Beautiful clean rooms Amazing roof toop just , it closes at 1am but they were nice to let us stay till 3am Lots of water bottles in the room was highly appreciated ❤️
