Location excellent, very near tram stop that goes straight to all the sights. Staff so warm and helpful.

Location was brilliant as both the metro and the tram were within walking distance and surrounding hills were not too steep. Indoor swimming pool was brilliant as it kept the baby happy during the day. Staff were nice and polite helped us with taxi to airport, getting a cot for the baby took its time.
