Serai Hotel is a very beautiful,cozy and comfortable place. We spent a week there and were absolutely satisfied. The location of the hotel is perfect,near to the tram,so we could get to any place of the city easily. The rooms are clean,the breakfast is tasty,and of course the workers are very careful,kind and ready to help and explain any of your questions. We are already looking forward to go to this beautiful place next year again.

Location is good as close to hagia sopia about a 10 minute walk up a hill. Tram stop is 2 min away for those who struggle to walk.
