Kindly note that an interior upgrade is currently being undertaken in one the hotel's wings, carried out between 10AM and 5PM. Guests may rest assured that our Garden View Rooms are located in a separate wing, and hence continue to offer the hotel's usual five star service and hospitality.Guests staying at executive and suite type rooms have privileged access to Executive Lounge. Lounge features special check-in check-out area and a computer area. Tea, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are served between 07:30 - 23:00. Alcoholic drinks are also available while guests are also served snack certain times of the day.Please note that the rates on this website are quoted in EUR but that guests are charged in local currency at the front desk. Rates are based on the daily exchange rate.When guests made a booking for Half Board meal plan “in package with breakfast & dinner", beverages are not included”Food and beverage services for children under the age of 6 are free of charge. We arrived the hotel at 8am, and paid 100 euro for early check-in, the hotel upgrade our room with a beautiful view and balcony. My husband and I love the breakfast.

Stuff was welcoming, especially Mr.Mujdat. When he found that we arrived too early and the room was not ready, he suggested that we stay in the hotel Caffe and offered a free snack and drinks.

Great pool area in middle of city. Very convenient and in walking distance of cool areas. Away from chaotic areas!. Staff accommodating for early / late checkout. Mujdat and Sara very kind. Great breakfast selection.
