Visiting with my family for a medical trip in istanbul. We decided to stay at the hilton bakirkoy due to its proximity to the hospital We were super impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the great tasting food , and the wonderful hospitality, especially Mr Altin Diko who was keen on making our stay as comfortable as possible , thank you very much Mr Altin! As well as his counterpart Mr Vural for the great turkish coffee before our departure! One thing i want to stress is honestly the most amazing hotel gym i have yet to see in any hotel i have visited. As someone who frequently works out 4-5 times a week, i am usually disappointed by the gym facilities of the hotels i visit. But honestly the gym here was WOW , it looked like a legitimate subscription gym , every possible item is available, machines, benches, free weights, cardio, boxing , and the list goes on. I want to also highlight the rest of the amazing facilities including both the indoor and outdoor pools which were large and relaxing. If there is one thing that is going to definitely bring me here its the spa and fitness facilities of the hotels One thing to improve on would simply be a little more attention to detail on behalf of the room service staff. Otherwise me and my family have had a great stay and hope to call this hotel our home on our next visit.

The guest relations manager Altin took very good care of us from the very beginning. Making sure we get everything we needed and changed our stay for the better. He’s new at the hotel and full of energy to optimize things and make the guests happy.

I had such a wonderful time at the hotel! The place was super clean, and I loved how peaceful the area was. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially George and Alden. They really made my stay special!
