Fantastic hotel, within less than 10 minutes walk from the Kazlıçeşme metro train station. From there it's a 14 minute journey on the B1 line to Sirkeci station, near to the Sultanahmet old town and the Eminönü ferry terminals. Walking between the hotel and station is easy, and I never felt unsafe, even at night. The hotel was clean and well laid out, the room was quiet with great air conditioning, the staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Housekeeping left me extra (free) water bottles every day, which was very much appreciated. The hotel feels very new and everything worked without a problem.

The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented – in particular, Fatih TUNA was always attentive and courteous. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and special requests were gladly accommodated. Many thanks to the entire team for a pleasant stay!
