The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant ambience. The staff esp. Mr. Hikmet was kind and proactive offering help and support during the stay and for sight seeing activities. Value for money

The location is ok, it’s near the tram, bus and metro stations and it’s having a private parking, few parking spaces in front of the hotel and more in the garden near the hotel. The staff is very good, they helped us to change the room because the one we booked was too small and unfinished(definetly it wasn’t our mistake that we booked a room without space to unpack the luggages and with an unfinished bathroom). The breakfast is ok, it’s open from 8:00 until 10:00.
