From the time we disembarked our chauffeur driven car, we were met with nothing but a smile and Yusuf, the front office Manager and the Manager on Duty could not do enough for us. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Istanbul.

An exceptional hotel experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team with smiles and great professionalism. The staff were extremely helpful with every little detail, from the smallest requests to the biggest needs. When it was time to check out, I asked for a late checkout due to my flight schedule. They didn’t hesitate to accommodate me — they updated the system and informed me that the official checkout time is 12 PM, but they fully understood my situation. They kindly asked me to pack my belongings and kept my luggage in an unoccupied room, allowing me to use it until 6 PM without asking for any extra fees. I would especially like to thank Mr. Amrah (عمرة) — he was truly one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered: professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Another wonderful touch is that the hotel offers free coffee, tea, and water all day long. Even when I was leaving, they thoughtfully gave me cold water for the road. In short, it was a perfect stay with outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and deeply appreciate the warmth and hospitality of all the staff.

The hotel was immaculate, room was exceptionally comfortable . The service was particularly good, with attention to detail and staff always offering assistance. They were able to accommodate an early checkin after our flight time changed and offered us complimentary soft drinks which was a lovely surprise after a long travel morning. The area around the hotel has lots of amenities and shops and the metro station is very nearby so is convenient to travel around the city.
