Our stay at Ferman Hotel Old City was absolutely fantastic. From the beautiful location in the heart of Sultanahmet to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel itself, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mehmet, Omer, Nuri, Latif, and Seçluk — each of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They welcomed us with genuine warmth, helped us with everything we needed, and treated us like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly reflect the best of Turkish hospitality. To the hotel management: these amazing staff members deserve recognition and a raise for the exceptional service they provide every day. They are the heart of this hotel, and they made our trip to Istanbul feel like home. If you're planning to stay in the Sultanahmet area, look no further than Ferman Hotel Old City. A Wonderful Stay at Ferman Hotel Old City! We arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Latiff, who kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast on their beautiful terrace. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot, especially since we were leaving early the next day and would have missed breakfast. While we were on the terrace, we received a call letting us know that our room was already ready — at 9 AM, even though check-in was at 2 PM! Such a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The staff is incredibly understanding and always happy to help, with a smile on their faces. The location is excellent – from the terrace, you have an amazing view: on one side, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and on the other, the Bosphorus. We took some stunning photos, and in the evening, the Blue Mosque is beautifully lit – simply magical. We sincerely thank the team for this wonderful experience. Without a doubt, next time we visit Istanbul, we will stay here again!
