The room size was very good, frequent cleaning services, amazing location, nice decor, and very friendly staff. I had very bad food poisoning on the last day of my stay and the staff gave me a later check-out for free. I really appreciated their help.

Staff friendly , hotel is beautifully decorated . Very clean , received slippers , bathroom essentials were provided ,like hand soap, shampoo and bodywash, cotton butts as well. The shower was nice and big, powerful water pressure, which we loved ! Breakfast was nice and variety. Rooms were cleaned every morning. complimentary water was given each morning as well. Tram is nearby but can walk to most tourist attractions. Can take tram then metro for Asian side. Loads of restaurants nearby but try more further away , cheaper. Overall, we loved our stay and we would go back to the same hotel.
