I am pleased that hotel is located very near to the market and Istaklal street. The hotel staff specially mr ilyas and mr umut were helpful and whenever i needed them they were present. They humbleness is well appreciated by me. In addition they used to offer me cookies and pie daily that i appreciate. Ilayda at reception also helped me in my booking and seat conformation and she is very polite and good person. The ambiance of the hotel is awesome. Room clean is excellent. Its a must visit hotel i must recommend. Rooms have space. You must go and visit the spa also it has many packages and discounts for you. Regards to all the hotel team.

We had great stay at the CVK Taksim hotel. Despite some issues, the employees did their best to keep us happy and satisfied! Especially Imran (worked at the reception in the afternoon of 05.07.2025) paid extra efforts and made our stay memorable in the best way. Many thanks and we will be coming again.
