Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location is perfectly situated in the main part of Ortakoy close to all touristic locations and istanbul night life. You can see the Bosphorus on the very top level at the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and gorgeous. The beds are super comfy and though located in a very busy part of Istanbul there is no noise once you are in the room. Plenty of food and drinks locations around the hotel. Would like to thank Sinan Bulud who helped else during check in. He was very kind and very helpful.

I was genuinely impressed by the warm, personal touch of the staff. The service throughout my stay was excellent—special thanks to Sinan, Cem, and Ikram, who were always polite and attentive without ever feeling pretentious. The little pastry shop on site is a real treat, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming. One detail that stood out: I needed to send a letter by registered mail and the team had everything ready, from a clear explanation of the mailing costs to handling the process with true professionalism. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days. While I’m still looking forward to confirmation that my letter has reached its destination, I have every confidence in the team’s attention to detail. All in all, a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back!

THe room was nice and clean, the staff is friendly, the cake for my birthday was very sweet surprise. The location was great for us, near Bosphorus, as we wanted to explore this part of the city. The ship are departing not far, so easy for taking Bosphorus ride. If you want to explore city center (Sultanachmet), probably location can be too far.

Spacious room, good location in buzzing Ortakoy. Duty manager acted quickly on a complaint I had and addressed it very well. We were also allowed a very late check out, till our pick up time for the airport
