We loved the location with its vicinity to the Galata tower and lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very professional and polite. We stayed in the family room, which was perfect for our group of 4.

We had a very nice suite with two rooms. Everything was clean, and the service was great. The hotel has a really good location, with bars, restaurants, and public transport nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location of the Garenta area, you are almost in a walking distance of most of the highlights, and the metro is 40 meters from the front door. Personnel was very nice and helpful, and would respond immediately to any request.

The hotel was good, but I will not suggest anyone to book here as there is the breakfast plate system in which there is very limited 4 to 5 things in the breakfast which is also not at all good. There is no breakfast buffet here
