The place looked exactly like the pictures, with well-maintained furniture and a very clean environment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff, especially Mr. Jawid, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had some issues with our flights and needed to make changes, and they were always accommodating and supportive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Istanbul!

I just spent one night out of four as i moved to another hotel due to the noise that comes from the streets as the windows are not double glazed, the staff is so kind and very cooperative but I could not take the noise, and the parking is not easy accessible , so it's not possible the to park in and out whenever I wanted
