The location is excellent, as it is very close to the main attractions. The room was small but provided everything we needed, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. The staff at the front desk were always kind and available; I had to call them three times for various issues, and they responded promptly, coming to our room in a short amount of time. We also utilized the laundry service, which worked well. We dropped off our clothes around 11 AM, and they were returned to us by 11 PM on the same day.

I loved the location, the fact that it is small, very well decorated with good taste, amazing staff specially the gentlemen in the restaurant at night and Ziya in the reception. Excellent service and amazing food as well.

The nice restaurant above with a view of the city. Room was very small, no windows, but it had the essentials (sleepers, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, etc) Breakfast was ok. There were eggs included which you had to ask the staff to prepare - my first day I was not aware of this because no one informed. I only saw what was being offered in the table as buffet and I took it Then the next day the lady said (eggs are included if you want just let me know which type) Asked the hotel to arrange taxi to and from the airport, different rates each time. But overall it was ok.

- Staff were super friendly and helpful ! - Location is superb, just 5-10min walk to Galata Tower and many restaurants on the way - Room was clean and Air conditioner worked good
