We were welcomed by Alper and staff. Super friendly and made check in easy. Thank you Alper for the free beakfast and great service. Hotel is located very good. Right next to a metro station (M2). Also 5min away from, I think, the biggest shopping mall of Europe. Rooms were clean and had a superb bed. Cleaning service was also good.

Staff was amazing. Bellboys Vedat ,Omer faruk, Mert they help me park my car ,took the luggage and they helped me with everything i needed. Very hospitable, very helpfull

Nice hotel with friendly staff and welcome, nicely decorated rooms, big shower, room service, but if quality of food is improved, the hotel will be even better
