Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was about 5-10min from ferry terminal with the car, taxi was 150 pesos one way. Quiet neighborhood, AC in bedroom.

Apartment was very big and clean, airconditioner worked, host was communicating with us so the check-in process was smooth.

Great and very spacious apartment if you're looking to stay in Isla. Two double beds, two bathrooms and a nice kitchen/dining area with balcony! The place was very clean when we checked in too. Location is very good, close to the center of the Island, although a 30 min or so walk away from the ferry and town center, so better to rent a bike or vehicle if you wanna see around the island. We got a scooter in the town center, but there was also a bike rental nearby. Also, there is a huge supermarket, bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk away.

Romeo was very prompt in service, kind, and respectful. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was no one's fault just regular maintenance and he very quickly (at 11pm) came to fix it and make sure everything was good for us. They held our bag the next day after checkout so we could spend more time on the island which was very kind. It's a great place to stay if you are only using it for sleep and a place to hang your hat :) bed is comfortable.
