The facilities, the restaurant, the staff, the quiet, the fact that we had constant access to clean towels for the pool and the beach.

The location was great and the staff was exceptional with service at the pool and for each meal. The front desk helped us to rent a golf cart which worked out great. Each meal was a high lite to our stay, amazing breakfast buffet with many healthy selections to choose from. Thank you to everyone who made this stay a great memory for us. We would highly recommend this location for anyone stay at Isla Mujeres.

The hotel itself was good, although the damp issue is very notable during the stay. Only has 1 restaurant with a full menu, but during our stay there were many items unavailable on the menu.

Beautiful property! Stunning pools, and the beach is sensational. Izla hotel would probably be best for a couples holiday as highly romantic - I would love to go back with my husband. Location is great, we hired golf carts and explored the island and it was so reachable. Taxis to the ferry were around $10 UDD which we found very reasonable! There is a golf cart hire shop just down the road so we picked ours up from there! The staff are highly attentive, very friendly. Overall we loved our stay, it was sensational!
