Even though it is a cheap questhouse, it is clean. Very authentic Japanese. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. 100yen laundry was good. There was also a dryer for 300yen but I did not need it. All long stay guests (30+ days) have their own shelf at a separate refrigerator. There is snorkelling equipment (mask, tube and fins) for cheap rent. A large manga library was free to read but just beyond my Japanese skill level.

Basic facilities but low price accommodation in a great location. Exactly what we were looking for. I accidentally left my Kindle and the owner took the time to send it to my Hyogo address.
