Really comfortable beds (by far the best during our time in Italy), lovely /helpful staff, good breakfasts and great spa/outdoor terrace&pool

We had a great stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view on the central garden. The pool with thermal water was great.

The breakfast was great. Lots of freshly baked pastries and cakes. It was very well stocked with a wide variety of foods and beverages for everyone. The spa and thermal waters were incredible. Spa menu is very unique. Enjoyed every treatment. The staff in this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Location is excellent and complimentary shuttle is so convenient. Looking forward to going back next year.
