The fine print

The location is really nice, but a steep walk to the main building, not so easy if you have any mobility issues. Breakfast was adequate, staff always pleasant.

the room was fine, they dealt with an ant issue on our patio straight away. The room was made up and cleaned every day and was very clean, but some of the equipment (like the shower tray and the mini fridge) can do with updating. Also WiFi only worked around the pool/reception area (even the card machine in the snackbar did not get WiFi) which can be easily solved with some WiFi booster plugs I would imagine. The staff spoke excellent German as it is very focused on the German market, but English was pretty basic. The minibus services up to the top of the hill bus stop was great and the pool was wonderful and warm 30 degrees. breakfast could do with more fruit on offer as well as e.g. eggs. My daughters loved it though, so I was happy.
