Our expectations were exceeded. The location of the apartment is 50 m from the beach with very clean sea-water. The place has all the accomodations you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, bathroom with a boiler so you can have hot water whenever you need, Wi-Fi and TV connected with it, air-conditioning, a parking lot. The rooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. Also there is one big balcony with a sunshade so you can eat and drink on the table there and enjoy the fresh air. The best part, in my opinion, is the place is super clean and the host is a nice person who is willing to help. The place is quiet and the residents who live in some of the other apartments are polite and friendly. I and my family strongly recommend this place and especially this host! NB! If you wish to use the parking lot I suggest write to or call in advance (the first time before you arrive) to the host and he will gladly welcome you to open the barrier and give you the keys.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea and joy! The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a family vacation, it is quiet house and area. The host is very friendly and helpful person always supporting if something is needed. Location is more than perfect - directly on the beach. It is suitable for small children to swim and play safely.

The apartment is everything that a family of three will ever need, close to the beach, great location of the AC unit, very efficient…orientation of the apartment is also great, the sun never gets to make it hot inside. The sea is cristal clear. The hosts are very nice people. We will definitely come back again..
