The place was beyoud our expectations! It was very clean, we had cold water waiting for us in the fridge, and a wine. The parking was big enough for 3 cars so we had no issues with them. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms had enough covers. The view from the balcony was really nice, you could see the sea further away. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and it is located close to a Lidl and another big supermarket. You can walk to the beach, it is a 15 minute walk (around 1 km). Really loved everything about the location, and would definetly come again. It was our first visit to this region and we loved it!

We spent one month in this lovely house and had a wonderful experience. One thing that wasn’t clear from the pictures is that the booking includes the first and second floors, while the owners live on the ground floor. Initially, we were a bit disappointed that we didn’t have the entire house to ourselves, but that feeling quickly faded. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which truly enhanced our stay. The house was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. It was also cleaned a couple of times during our stay, which we didn’t expect but really appreciated. Even though the owners live on the ground floor, we had complete privacy throughout our stay. They were always respectful of our space and were only visible if we needed something. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. There were plenty of utensils, cookware, and basic supplies. It was easy and enjoyable to cook in such a functional space, and we appreciated having access to a modern barbecue that Matheos kindly helped us use. While I didn’t need to work remotely, if I had to, the Wi-Fi might have sufficed. most needs. Parking was more than convenient. We had space for three cars when we had company visiting, and it made it very easy to come and go, especially with all the trips to the nearby beaches. The house itself is well-equipped; we never ran out of towels or bed linens, and every room has air conditioning. The view from the balcony on the second floor is breathtaking. The only minor downside was the absence of a coffee machine, but we never felt the need to complain. A second bathroom might have been nice, but since all the bedrooms are on the second floor, it makes sense not to have one on the first. The garden is beautifully maintained, and we spent many evenings there while the kids played. The location of the house is excellent—Lidl is within walking distance.We visited several beaches in the area and Kavala is only 20 minutes away.

The house was on a very good place, near to the sea beach, next to the Lidl. There is place for car parking. Everything was very clean. The hosts are very hosptable, they have welcomed us with cold water, there is in the fridge juices, water and fruits and sweets. The house has two floors for tourists'accomodation, the hosts are on the ground floor. You can use if you want the BBQ. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much! We definetely will come back again.

Very well equipped and comfortable house, near to the supermarket and walking distance to the beach. There was enough space for all of our family. You can see the sea from the terrace. The owner Matheos is a very friendly and cooperative host. Very good value for the money.
