Location: whilst on a bit of a thoroughfare between city centre and docks/universitiy, it was ideal for access to many of the city's amenities. Cleanliness, recently decorated, parking. Dish washer. Julie in the office was very helpful.

Comfortable bed and great location for Ipswich Harbour and Jerwood Dance. Excellent communication with the host, who was very helpful. Our missing towels were sent within an hour of arrival.

Clean and felt very home like, the owner messaged to make sure everything was ok, before during and after. It was 5 minutes away from the water front which had lovely bars and literally bang in the center. I was surprised about how little traffic noise you could hear inside with it being so central. I would definitely recommend it.
