It is possible to get an early check-in from 11AM and a late check-out until 1PM, subject to availability.
The cost of an early check-in from is £20 and the cost of a late check out is £20 per room. You can request a late check-out at our reception.Please note that your room can be cleaned every 6th day for free. Extra room clean costs £15.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Met self contained needs, great base for town and marina visit - excellent for town centre- perfect for a one night stay while visiting the Hop To It hare 🐰sculpture trail, also close to beautiful Christ church park 👍👌 and second day visit Aldeburgh on the east coast.

Ok first things first, yes it’s clean and cheap and if you’re not bothered about anything other than a bed, then yes it’s perfect!

Easy to find, central location, easy to find somewhere to park not on site but a few minutes away. Clean. Functional.
