I was a bit disappointed by the apartment after receiving all messages from the owner with a lot of fees for everything for a bunch of rules that you should follow. One of the bathroom has a problem with the sink drain and on top of that the dirty water was pouring on our shoes. There is no place to hang the towel in the bathroom and the cleaning in the bathroom could have been improved. We are traveling a lot and I understand that some of the owners are more protective with their properties but also the properties are spotless which was far from that. Nevertheless, the apartment has a lot of potential and could be improved. And we had also private parking which was very useful

Our original unit had an issue in the living room where the AC would trip the fuse, however they were quick to change us to another room. The customer service was 10/10

Very clean and spacious. Good for large number of group. The toilet also clean and nice.

Size of the apartment was perfect for my parents and my sister. Love the Netflix provision on the big TV. Love the view that we get to wake up to every morning. Swimming pool was awesome though can get quite crowded (find the right time to swim).
