The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the hotel requires the following :
- Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the property only accept bookings from those who have been fully vaccinated that met the criteria following:-
- Completed two injection doses namely Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Sinovac must have passed 14th day from the date of injection of the second dose
- Completed one injection dose namely Janssen (Johnson Johnson) and Convidecia (CanSino)), must have past the 28th day from the date of injection
Any arrival without fully vaccinated will not be able to check in and booking will be cancelled by the receptionist on the spot. Any paid bookings will be refunded within 14 working days; subject to Booking.com cancellations policy.

My family and I stayed at the 1969 Business Suites @ Ipoh Garden for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, our stay was good. The staffs were welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Gerald. Thank you 😊

The location is right in the city, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Really appreciated the warm service — it made the whole experience even better!
