Location, location, location! Right across from St Andrews Catherdale in the heart of the city. This quaint, iconic hotel is clean, comfortable and the owner Fiona is a delight and will steer you in the right direction. There is some Parking available but it is tight and not suitable for anything large. We loved our stay, but the only negative was although we had the non smoking room, it is a smoking building so you do smell a lot of smoke if you have sensitivities to smoke.

Charlie the cat! I stayed in the Annexe. Perfect for a single traveller. Single bed, wi fi, en suite shower and loo. Kitchen etc. With fridge, microwave. And a TV. Now another great thing is location. Central . Basically on the river, cathedral views. Next to the town centre for amenities. But in a lovely location if you just need some peace . Very near Eden Court.The Annexe also has 3 big windows with its own entrance! Fiona is lovely and very helpful. There are more rooms in the main house, but the annexe is more than perfect for a single person travelling.

Period features, staircase railings, size of room and height of ceiling. Owner has retained the character of the house whilst having en suite etc
