The house was so well equipped and the owners/rental agency had put so much effort into detail. It really felt like home for a week. There were fresh flowers on arrival, a welcome basket with some goodies… The grounds and garden were huge and immaculately kept. Just perfect.

Really lovely place, good heating. Lots of amenities in the kitchen and utility room. Good size dining table and a cosy area near the kitchen, plus extra big dining table and loads more seating in the lounge. We tried the log fire but it wasn't necessary and in fact, could have managed with just the kitchen area that was so nice. We met the owner who was really lovely, friendly and helpful.

I don’t think I have ever found such a wonderful place to stay before. Be sure to visit the secret garden. This is my new benchmark.
