The woman at reception was very professional and very helpful. She knew we had been hiking (because we stayed there on 1st of July) so she arranged for a washing machine and dryer to be in our accommodation for no extra cost. She was very thoughtful at a most critical time.

I loved that the room was toasty and warm when I arrived. Much appreciated as it was a mid-winter stay in cold wet weather. The hotel was in a converted old office building so the ceilings were high and the stairs had a history to tell. But everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Right in the centre of Invercargill at the crossroads of the main streets - perfect for shopping and navigation - with off street parking. Thank you for an easy stay!
