Jess and Joanna have done a good job. Recently renovated and in excellent condition with jacuzzi in bathroom. Their homemade lemonade was a hit with our family in hot weather. Staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

Hotel is a great place to stay and to find such a place in Switzerland is unique. Have stayed at many hotels in Interlaken in the past but this one stands apart. The fact that it is a chalet hotel changes our perception until we enter our rooms. The view from the balcony is also breathtaking in the morning to see the peaks of Jungfrau on waking up.
