Superb location. Two minutes walk from Interlaken Ost small local train station with connections to all the main towns. Quiet part of town and my room had a stunning view overlooking the mountains. The staff could not be more pleasant, nor helpful. Close to Harder Kulm which is a must see site up the funicular which is 5 minutes walk away giving a panorama of the two lakes with Interlaken nestled in between.

The best part is the location. You step out of hotel, we have ferry stop and the train stop (interlaken ost).

My stay at Hotel Du Lac was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is even more beautiful than I expected. Its stunning view of the river in Interlaken added a magical touch to my trip. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind. I would especially like to thank Sherzad and Mostafa for their constant smile, helpfulness, and dedication to guest comfort. An unforgettable experience — I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's close to the train station, bus stops and marina. It's a charming place and the rooms are kept very clean and warm. They even had fans in the room which helped when it was hot.
