We found this to be a great location for our stay apartment in Interlaken, a quick walk to the supermarket.

Location is quite good. Room had basic amenities but the heater was not working. They should provide washing machine as well.

We recently booked this apartment for a stay from February 29th to March 2nd with five friends, and our experience was a mix of positive and challenging moments. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary facilities, making our stay comfortable. However, with six adults, having at least two toilets was a necessity, and the apartment met this requirement. One notable downside was the boiler's capacity, which proved insufficient after four people showered, causing inconvenience. The most significant issue we faced was with the neighbors. Upon our arrival, an elderly lady aggressively warned us about noise, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a group of females, we felt uneasy and unsafe throughout our stay. A major security concern arose when, on the day of our departure at 5 am, we found the main door locked by neighbors. We were only provided with an apartment key, and the lock of a main door key left us with no option but to disturb the neighbors on the first floor. Unfortunately, the man's rude response and language barrier made the situation distressing and unsafe. In conclusion, while the apartment itself had positive aspects, the issues with the boiler and the unpleasant encounters with neighbors significantly impacted our overall experience. Improved communication and addressing safety concerns would make this accommodation more suitable for future guests.
