The flat is conveniently placed, quiet and check-in was super simple. The small kitchen is great and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Perfect, if one does not use the sleeping couch.

Our stay of four weeks in “Wohne im Grünen/Innsbruck/4 Pax” was pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with three main rooms: the living room, a kitchen-dinner room and a bedroom, all with plenty space. Also, there is a bathroom and a toilet room. The living room can accommodate up to two more people, for a maximum of four persons in the apartment. The bed is comfortable, and you sleep well. From the windows of the apartment, as well as just outside, there is spectacular view of the mountains of the Innsbruck region. The surroundings of the apartment are nice, with a small river (creek?) passing nearby that it´s enjoyable to walk all along and leading to a small park where one can watch a lot of ducks and birds. It´s also quite peaceful. Supermarkets, bakery, and several restaurants are just 10 to 15 minutes from the apartment. The tram/bus stop is five minutes away, and you don´t have to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes. The center of the city is 15 minutes away, from there it is easy to go anywhere, as we do.

The place was very clean, quiet, and sooo relaxing! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Innsbruck. The location is only a short tram ride into the inner city, and offers parking on site which is really nice. We had a small issue with the toilet, it wasn't flushing, we let the owner know right away and on Christmas eve he was over to fix it right away. The apartment is very comfortable, small and cozy which is exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Austria!!!
