We loved everything at this hotel. It was so cool, comfortable and welcoming. The garden room was lovely with a little private terrace and a great little kitchenette which had everything you need to cook a meal (sick of eating out after 2+ weeks of travelling). All the little freebies were a nice touch and very appreciated. We generally felt like VIP’s without the price tag that usually goes with it. If you’re staying in Innsbruck, look no further this is the place! Even had free bikes to ride around town on. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you team Nala!!

Excellent stay at the NALA hotel. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a junior suite with an amazing view over the ski jump. The room was clean and spacious, clean towels everyday and a comfy bed. The staff were very helpful, letting us leave our bags in the luggage store on our last day. The location was excellent, a five minute walk to the golden roof and the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

Size of the room. Self-service bar. Garden and water feature where you can sit and relax. Exceptional service from the staff, especially Marie.
