The deck next to the river was wonderful in dry weather. The screen doors were great for letting fresh, cool air in on a hot day. The kitchen was very functional for cooking. The sustainable, ‘moonwood’ construction had a good feeling and a clean look.

The rooms are great, the construction is new and it overlooks a creek. You have a terrace with chairs outside and great view over the mountains. The building is quite new, done to a good standard, with underfloor heating, well maintained.

The property is “second to none”. It’s so smart, comfortable and beautifully presented in all areas. It’s location was perfect, so close to Innsbruck Old Town and a local bar and supermarket is close by. The communication from the hosts is also to a high standard.

It’s a beautiful apartment, all made of wood, clean, warm, comfortable. It’s not located in the city center so we always had to use the car, but the surrounding area is very quiet and we enjoyed the balcony on the river.
