owner was lovely lady, very nice and helpful spacious place to stay, conveniente for 4 people easy access to train station Raitis to Innsbruck main train station easy to find according the navigation quiet area away from the main road fully equiped kitchen to prepare easy meal

Margaret is extremely helpful. She provided free tram tickets for our entire family. The tram stop is just 5mins walk from the apartment and the ride is highlight of trip for my daughter :) I drop one of my Airpod ear piece on the bed when checking out. We contacted Margaret the following day. So glad that she found and kept for us. She was extremely helpful to pack it carefully and mailed it to our last stop - - a hotel in Warsaw!
