Staff were great, best breakfast out of the 3 places I stayed in Austria. I think I requested a room on a high floor, not sure but I got one. Beautiful views. Great location. Great stay. Thanks!

The two receptionists while checking in were very helpful and provided recommendations for the local area. As I was staying for over 2 nights they provided a welcome card (electronic) which allowed me to use the public transport for free. There are bus and tram stops nearby. Being as it is clearly advertised as a budget hotel, it matched my expectations. The breakfast had a large selection and the room had the essentials you need.
