The location was convenient, the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the bar and lounge downstairs had a good selection of drinks.

Very comfy rooms, nice bathrooms, friendly staff, great location in Broad Ripple just across from bars and restaurants with the main high street being a couple minutes' walk. Coffee machine and fridge in room.

Small, authentic, and cozy houses with excellent rooms (design, equipment, cleanliness). Plenty of outdoor space and seating. Not to mention it is located right in the middle of the most exciting neighborhood of Indy! ( but not noisy) Well-organized and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for more.
