The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. What a beauty from a location, If u want the best holliday in Santorini, it starts with this Villa, Stunning views, amazing terras and a very nice big heated swimmingpool, and one of the best locations in Santorini.! We loved it.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was stunning – beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel immediately at home and completely relaxed. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were incredibly welcoming, provided great local recommendations, and were always available if we needed anything. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. The location was ideal – peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Waking up each morning to the sound of the sea and sipping coffee on the terrace was pure bliss. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely return on our next trip to Greece. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

Immaculate villa in a peaceful secluded location. Had all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Kitchenette had everything needed for breakfast / light lunch. Plenty of space inside for 2 and lots of outdoor space. We hired a car so the whole island was accessible to us, but as we're fairly active / mobile we walked into either imervogli, firostefani or fira for dinner most evenings. Staff all lovely and helpful and gave plenty of great recommendations.
