Hotel is centrally located in Iloilo, close to malls, restaurants, and the pier. Staff were very attentive, and breakfast was great, served with a nice morning view of the city from the 21st floor! Room has a mini kitchenette (with extra sink and microwave) which is a nice addon.

It was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were especially friendly and accommodating! The location was also very optimal, as it's right across SM Iloilo and is a jeepney dropoff point.

Lovely staff and tidy rooms, the beds were comfortable. All facilities were good. Well placed nearby the mall for good convenience. Easily reached by Grab to and from Iloilo Airport. Everything was good overall, but not quite at the calibre required for a definite 10.
