Kubota “A little close to being perfect”

Location-wise, it was very good for me as I had meetings at Tower 1 and 2. It was aslo easy to get to the city proper and ferry terminal, and the Megaworld and SM malls are close by, so I didn't feel inconvenient at all. The room was perfect with everything I needed. Although there is no washer in the unit, I could use laundry located at Tower 1. The owner is quite responsive and attentive as well as the concierge and security guards at the lobby.

Ed , the owner is very nice and kind. We were invited to an owners-only party and it was a blast! Great people, food, drinks, and entertainment! The apartment is very clean and the host provides everything that you need for a comfortable stay. If I am every in Iloilo again, you can be sure that I will seek out this accommodation again.

Owner is very accomodating and responds easily to queries. The location is just walking distance to our Iloilo destination. Amenities are clean and suited our needs. Place is comfortable and has a homey ambience. The neighborhood is safe and secure.

Good accommodation and clean. All utensils are there for short use we were able to cook etc. It was kinda close to festive and some malls, super convenient. Thank you owner!
