The staff were super friendly and helpful - which made my first visit in IloIlo memorable! The complimentary bicycles was a nice bonus as I was able to familiarise myself with the city in a deeper way. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

The staff are awesome, from Raphaelo from the front desk to those that are in the restaurant - warm, helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to be of help. Also the housekeeping team, greets you with a sincere smile.

Nice big clean room. Lovely personal products. The room even had an iron and ironing board. Comfy pillows, great breakfast
