The property was clean, comfortable and in a good location for exploring Devon. Decent size flat for a family of 4, shops within walking distance for supplies places to eat / drink within a few minutes walk.

The apartment is located well but at the top of a hill 2 minutes from town centre but this makes for amazing veiws! From start to finish Matt was very helpful and answered and queries promptly. The flat itself was spacious, clean, well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Cleaning tools and products in the cupboard, which was great to tidy up every day, and the washer/dryer was a bonus. We didn't use the dishwasher, but it's another bonus. Views from the balcony and windows are amazing, and WiFi TV, etc. all worked brilliantly. Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment, clean, well decorated, had everything you need, and comfy beds. Central location with easy access to nearby and surrounding attractions. We had a great time.
